For Livestock: We are unable to accept any returns on livestock. So please make sure you order the correct fish and have checked their requirements and compatibility with your existing stock.
In the unlikely event you have lost a fish during shipping please revert to the ‘Arrive Alive’ guarantee.
For dry goods: If you are unhappy with any product then please return it to us in its original condition within 7 days for a refund. It is the customers’ responsibility for the safe return of any item and the cost of returning it.
If the item is no longer available we will send a substitute of equal or greater value. Please note we will pay to send the replacement item to you but the customer must pay the cost to return it. We do not refund postage.
